








Agentic SDLC – Germany
One of Germany’s leading banks pursues the clear objective of establishing artificial intelligence systematically along its entire software development lifecycle. The LucSien team was engaged to assess the maturity of the existing lifecycle across AI readiness, governance, processes and toolchain, and to develop the target picture for a scalable agentic SDLC. Working jointly with the bank, the team delivered a maturity model describing the evolution from manual processes to an autonomous agentic delivery ecosystem, a capability framework structuring the capabilities required to get there, an agentic SDLC north star spanning the organization, team and platform layers, and a joint action plan of prioritized initiatives. These results form the basis for scaling agentic software delivery across a development and operations organization of more than 9,000 people.

A delayed, at-risk transformation was independently assessed, given an executable recovery plan, and stabilised under hands-on LucSien delivery leadership.
